源 (Yuan) was a capsule fashion x fine art exhibition that explored the essence of identity and origin. Held at the National Museum of Singapore, the project was a collaboration between LASALLE graduates Joanna Lim and Benedict Yu, combining fashion, installation, and individual storytelling.

This showcase presented a fashion collection that reconciled personal identity with visual expression. Through engaging with individuals to interpret their sense of self via different artistic mediums, Joanna translated their narratives into garments adorned with custom prints and Swarovski crystal embellishments.

More than just a fashion exhibit, Yuan became a reflection of how self-perception can be shaped, expressed, and redefined.
