Led by renowned creative director Daniel Boey, the initiative spotlighted young local designers and diverse perspectives — featuring plus-sized and gender-fluid models, eco-conscious collections, and a strong emphasis on cruelty-free fashion. Highlights included interactive installations, thought-provoking panel discussions on the Metaverse, and even a runway show featuring rescue dogs.

FashionCONNECTS 2022 was a two-week-long celebration of conscious, inclusive, and future-forward fashion in Singapore, curated by The Front Row in collaboration with MIRL. Hosted at the National Museum of Singapore and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the event blended physical showcases with digital innovation in an immersive “Museum*Takeover.”
